Latest time to disembark RC ship in New Orleans

we do not have to catch flight as we will be parking at port in New Orleans for our January cruise.. we have been on several cruises on different cruise lines but wondering the latest time we can expect to be leaving our cabin on Vision of the Seas. Husband is not handling the hustle of crowds quite as well with his bad leg and wondered if we could expect to wait till around 9:00 and get off easier. We have global entry but realize that New Orleans doesnt utilize GE. Just wondering, thanks!!

They will want you out of the cabin by 8am....and off the ship ASAP. You can linger, but in public areas with the others!
