Yes, you can reserve in advance on the Shore Excursion page on HAL's website.

We just reserved one for ourself for our March 23 cruise on the Volendam. You go to the Hal website, put in your reservation #, and click on excursions. Towards the bottom of the list will be HMK. Under HMK you will see the cabansas listed. Just click on that and scroll to the bottom. I think it says reserve, and click on that. Vuala, you are done! Very easy.

Go to the Hal website. Enter your reservation #. Click on Excursions. Go to Hal Moon Kay. You will see the Cabanas listed. Check the box, and hit reserve at the bottom of the page. Very Easy. Have a great cruise!
