Catrin Posted May 26, 2004 Author #4 Share Posted May 26, 2004 Lisa... I have a new digital camera.. it is a Fuji S3000. I bought it because it has a 10x Zoom.. most digitals have a 3X. I will be putting more up tonight! There are almost 200 of them! Cathy Ecstacy October 1992 Destiny October 1999 TRIUMPH May2003 Our TRIUMPHant Return! kcrowdis Posted June 17, 2004 #5 Share Posted June 17, 2004 Hi Catrin! I was looking through Cozumel posts to figure out what I wanted to do while I am there in August and saw your post about your digital camera. Were you comfortable taking your digital camera into all of the ports? I just was not sure if I should take it if there were times my husband and I wanted to go in the water and I would have to leave my camera somewhere. Any advice you have would be appreciated. vanclan Posted June 18, 2004 #6 Share Posted June 18, 2004 What pier did you dock at in Cozumel. That photo from the little village is amazing!
Nanatravel Posted June 18, 2004 #7 Share Posted June 18, 2004 The Carnival ships have their own fairly new pier which is about 3 miles from the town of San Miquel. The Port building and Pier side shopping village is very nice however, pretty expensive. When a Carnival ship is not in port, other cruise lines do use this newest pier. It was about a $15 taxi ride to Mr. Sancho's beach club.
