Negotiating Perks

My husband and I have sailed on Carnival about six times. We are looking to book another cruise and are wondering if it is possible to negotiate perks such as specialty dining, WiFi or drinks with the Carnival sales rep? Has anyone attempted this in the past? If so what were your results?

The closest you can get to any of that is booking through a travel agent who has group rates with amenities and/or onboard credit. The amenities they can get are not usually anything like dinners or wifi paid, but getting $50 or $75 onboard credit is not unheard of. Good luck!

13 cruises here got $50 to $100 onboard credit on price drops ,,nothing else

Good luck with that - they don't need to give anything away, most ships sail full, people pay extra for FTTF, and they don't have any trouble selling Wifi (judging by the amount of people I've seen with their faces in their phones on board).

Onboard credit is the best you'll do, either with a special that Carnival is running or with a travel agent.

Thanks so much for the responses. That is what I figured. We always book online but my husband thought we could get something extra if I booked through our carnival rep.
