We have not sailed Celebrity for a few years - is room service free - part of cruise fare? Or is there a charge like other lines have started? I know they used to charge a fee for late hours, just curious how it works presently - thank you!

In general it's free. As you mention, there is a small fee for late night/early morning orders. In addition there are some "upgraded" items such as steaks that carry an additional fee. But the important food groups, bagels, pizzas burgers and, most importantly, shrimp, :-) remain free.

Also, you can still get lunch and dinner served during MDR hours from the MDR menu.
