There are 5 of us the cruise.  We have two cabins, one is Aurea and the other Fantastico.  We all want to dine together.  Aurra has anytime diniing;  Fantastico has set dining.  How can we make this work other than we all go at the Fantastico set time?  First time on MSC so not really sure how this will work.

I am afraid you will have to dine with your travelling companions in Fantastica dining room. They won't be allowed to join you.

The other option would be to eat in the buffet or in speciality restaurants.

If you want to eat in Fantastica you will all have to go see the Maitre D, when you board. Though depending on how busy the cruise is they might not be able to accommodate you at the time you want.

I believe the menu is exactly the same so the only true difference is that you will have a set dining time.

You may have to go to the buffet.

Or, you decide what time suits your group the best out of the three times, 5.15, 7.15 or 9.15, and you go to the restaurant 15 minutes later, 5.30, 7.30, 9.30.  There will be a line of people at the right hand door.  When they close the other door, the staff ask everyone in line how many people they wish to seat, and give them a table.  Really easy.  We did this several times the week before last when we did not want to take our 5.15 assigned seating, and preferred to eat later.  They are really friendly, and will accommodate you.
