IME, towel animals is very dependent on which room steward you have. Some do them others don't.

oh pk cool my steward was the head one i think i always thought he was head one of my area i know i could be wrong too but yeah that would make sense then if some did and some didnt

Didn't see any on the Golden Feb 2018 and Nov 2018, also this time Cabin Stewart was very experienced did lots of things without being asked, he was very good but no towel animals.
