Now I understand why I’ve never seen a ting mojito before. It’s pretty bad. Unless you really really really like lime.  I would imagine that’s what a glass of lime juice tastes like.

CC Meet and Greet. I thought it was odd that it was in the comedy club instead of the piano bar like the last couple have been. Supposedly they’re expecting 400. Unless 362 CC members signed up in the past couple weeks, something is going on here. I suspect a Facebook group may be piggy backing on the CC M&G. I had to leave after 15mins because they still hadn’t started and it was running into the lip synch battle auditions.

Had a guys burger during the lip synch audition. One of the sides still had a long line by the other went down to two people. 

 

After that I hit the ironing room to touch up my elegant night attire. I figured that was better than having to wait in line for an iron in a couple hours. A girl came in wanting to iron some short shorts and couldn’t get the second iron hot...surprisingly. So it’s possible only one of the two irons works. 

 

After that I hit the casino and played about an hour of blackjack. Went in with $100 and left with $155.

 

After that I hit the alchemy...and we’re caught up.

This room thing is a serious adjustment. I usually book early and get the same room on lido deck. Since I booked late, Lido was sold out. I’m basically...if you are in the elevator lobby between guys and blue Iguana go down one flight of stairs and I’m the first room around the corner. It’s easy access to Lido but yesterday I found myself walking to one end of the ship or the other, then going upstairs and having to walk down the long hallway. I’m just not used to being in the middle of the ship. Several times I’ve caught myself walking to my normal lido room location. I just hope it doesn’t happen one of these nights after midnight.

Wanted to play a little blackjack but the table was full. I came back a little later and the three remaining people were running low on funds and lost what they had left in a few mins so now nobody is playing.

 

I ended up going back to alchemy for one more drink before getting ready for dinner. Manol wanted me to try a bourbon drink.

If you like lemon and bourbon you’d like it. I can find out what all was in it. I know he had a shaker and a strainer and I think there were some leaves in there so maybe mint or something. I’ll ask when I see him next.
