Just booked Sky princess for February 2020  Direct through princess. Was told I had a casino promotion got a balcony room at a lower rate.  Do not know why I Received  this  anything else include in a casino promotion   I should know

If you got the casino rate, it is usually only combined with certain promotions that are available at the time of booking... not the Sip and Sail, though.  If your sailing is for Feb 2020, it's most likely it is not under that promo. 

But, if you received a VIP casino invitation or under a casino promotion (not just the casino rate), this oftentimes comes with other free perks, including but not limited to free play. 

It sounds like maybe you were given the casino rate, which gives you discounts depending on your room type  and little other perks.  You will still have time before final payment to switch to a promo that gives you some perks before that time but just make sure you are able to combine this rate with any current promotion.
