He really is one of a kind! I have sailed with him twice.

I agree with past posters - he really goes above and beyond and was of great assistance to me on my last cruise.

He has been on Sapphire for many months but I know he was due a three month break about now. I have been in communication with him regarding if he is likely to be back on Sapphire for the UK summer season but he was not certain the last time we communicated.

He is on holidays right now. He left the Sapphire on Oct. 31 when the Sapphire was in Rome. Not sure where he is going next. His sidekick Godwin left the Sapphire on Nov. 28 when the ship docked in Singapore. He was going on three months leave and he doesn't know which ship he will be going back on either. He says he will be taking some courses at Corporate office in LA for a few weeks during his time off.

Generoso and Godwin make a great pair.   Hope to be on one of their ships soon!!!
