JerryG0828 Posted February 5, 2019 #1 Share Posted February 5, 2019 I am booked for 35 days on Zuiderdam for the full Voyage of the Vikings Cruise sailing from Boston to Rotterdam and return to Boston. This may be booked as a 17 day cruise from Boston to Rotterdam or as an 18 day cruise from Rotterdam to Boston. Will I receive two shareholder credits as this a back to back situation? Or will I receive only one shareholder credit as I was given only one booking number?
summer slope Posted February 5, 2019 #2 Share Posted February 5, 2019 One shareholder credit as you booked it under one number.
wyobean Posted February 5, 2019 #3 Share Posted February 5, 2019 When doing a longer cruise we always check all pricing options...as one cruise and as divided out. We can then add in any OBC and see which is the better deal. It can works both ways...always good to check.
Krazy Kruizers Posted February 5, 2019 #4 Share Posted February 5, 2019 Since you have already booked the cruise and have only 1 confirmation number, you will only get 1 shipboard credit from Carnival Corporation stock..
JerryG0828 Posted February 5, 2019 Author #5 Share Posted February 5, 2019 My original booking was on a shorter Rotterdam cruise that only went as far as Iceland then returned to Boston. When the Prinsendam was sold my original cruise was canceled as the Rotterdam would be taken to replace the Prinsendam. I was offered a really good deal on the longer cruise as compensation for the cancelation of the original cruise. Since I got such a reduced fare I shouldn’t complain at losing a shareholder credit.
