Trying to change my email address, but it is impossible.  Cannot send email. It says I cannot send any emails.

It says I am only allowed to send 0 messages per day.  I haven't sent ONE!

1. You must email community@cruisecritic.com requesting an email address change. Include you old email address and username.
2. I believe the send message feature only works for moderators and CC staff.

Are you talking about the message icon (the little envelope in the upper right)?

 

That's for private messaging.  There's no PM capability here on Cruise Critic.  That particular option is not enabled here.

 

If you need to contact them about changing your email, you must do so directly, via an actual email:  help@cruisecritic.com

I just did this last week.  Emailed help@cruisecritic.com and it was done overnight.
