Cruise and Maritime coach transfer help

We are going on columbus in may on Baltic cruise from Tilbury,If we book the interchange coach from Victoria coach station to Tilbury,with the cruise line how do we know what time to be at Victoria coach station? also is the interchange bus within victoria coach station?any info would be most appreciated
