Cruising with Couples/show reservations

We will be cruising with several couples in November on Allure.  Is there a way one person can make show reservations for everyone via the planner?  What do we need in order to do this?

If you take ownership of the reservation in your cruise planner you can.  And/or, I think it also will ask if you want to add people from another reservation - I've always owned the reservations when going with a larger family group so haven't tried adding anyone from a reservation I don't own but that may be an option as well.  usually everyone was just happy I was taking on managing everything - ha, I'm type A, and didn't trust anyone else to do it (not my best quality I know!).

Yes, you can add people from another reservation.  We did this for our cruise on Harmony last month.
