I live and my cruise is in Europe i know my online spendings will be in dollars ,i have a prepaid card that holds different currencys so i have put dollars on it to cover what we spend onboard but i think when we board we may have to register a credit card ,but i am presuming even if registered my credit card i would beable to go the night before and ask them to charge to my prepaid card.ls this correct? .

In your case, I would choose a cash account and then pay with your prepaid card on the last evening.

Royal will let you charge up to $500 on a 7-night cruise before they ask you to pay down the account.
