How to best get it all on?  (Embarkation Q)

We rolled on 2 cases of wine with a small folding utility cart from Office Depot (we bought it at the port) and 4 bungees to hold the whole rig together. Worked well enough to get everything on the ship and was cheap enough that we just left the cart on the ship after the cruise.
