Does the cruise line put a welcome package in your cabin that list the extra perks( beverage package, specialty dining and onboard spending credit).

We booked Neptune suite and supposedly have priority boarding. Where do I find out about priority boarding?

Your extra perks will be included in "invitations", along with your excursions, on either on your desk or bed.  You can access your onboard spending account and reservations via the Navigator app when you log into your shipboard account with your cell phone, laptop, or computers located in the library.

The Neptune lounge should be one of your first stops after boarding to arrange afternoon appetizers, check/make Specialty Restaurant reservations, and ask questions.

Your priority boarding will be arranged when you enter the cruise terminal and are directed to the Neptune/PS Suites/4&5 Star Mariner special check-in stations.  Neptune/Pinnacle Suites board after mobility-challenged boarding on Embarkation Day.

Definitely stop in the Neptune Lounge and introduce yourself to the concierges who will know you already -- via the internet when you check in they see a picture of you.

Remember that you can have breakfast in the Pinnacle Grill.

There will be a bottle of sparkling wine in your cabin as a gift from the captain and hotel manager.  There should also be an invitation to a cocktail party on the first evening in the Neptune Lounge -- around 7:30 - 8 where you meet the concierges and they will explain what they can do for you.  They serve red and white wine and Bloody Marys.

The perks of a Neptune Suite, which are discussed here frequently, are the same no matter where you cruise...they are fleetwide and worldwide. They don't change in different cruising areas.

I agree with stopping in at the Neptune Lounge and meeting the staff to start things off. I also suggest looking at the many threads here about Neptune Suites.
