Does a double Jamiesom & Ginger ale count as two drinks against the C&A drinks preloaded on your sea pass card?

Most likely, but as with anything on Royal, it could vary, even during the same cruise.

Have been over the limit several times and never a problem. If you go up to the bar the bar tender seems to just look at the word Diamond printed on the sea pass and just gives it back without checking.
