Store close to Tampa Port

Is there a store that is you can walk to from the Tampa Port? We would like to get back off after we drop our things.

Don't know of a store within walking distance.

There is an entire area near the Tampa Port called Channelside that is a reasonable walking distance from the port (several blocks).  I don't know of any stores outside of convenience stores that are immediately in that area, but there is a free trolley that runs along the waterside area and the light rail.  It's mostly bars and restaurants in the immediately walkable area, though.  There's a Publix grocery store that would be a quick cab/Uber/Lyft ride if that's what you're looking for.

Yes, Publix and Walgreens just one mile away.  Go out to Channelside drive, turn left and walk past aquarium,  arena, over bridge and you're at Publix - straight shot, no turns.  Two more blocks and there's WG.  Walked there many times between our B2Bs on Rhapsody to pick up snacks for our room.  

 

You can deviate slightly and walk along the waterfront for a more interesting , though longer, walk.
