Mystictraveler Posted May 8, 2019 #1 Share Posted May 8, 2019 Currently considering moving to a Category E cabin on the Voyager. The only port side cabins available are 900, 902 or 904 which are underneath the bridge on deck 10. Has anyone sailed in any of these cabins (or the comparable cabins on the starboard side) and can you offer any advice or comments? Thanks much. rcandkc Posted May 8, 2019 #2 Share Posted May 8, 2019 I remember overtime people have said they would not book under the bridge again due to hearing foot traffic at night. Not sure which ship but I would be wary.
rickatie Posted May 8, 2019 #3 Share Posted May 8, 2019 We were on the Voyager in 2017 cabin 901 (first cabin on the starboard side).. Do not recall any problems with foot traffic or anything else for that matter. Cabin was great and both bathroom and closet were larger than the Mariner cabin that we just traveled in last month. (Cat E 1072). View from balcony on Voyager 901 was slightly blocked when looking left due to structure of ship but the blockage was minimal. I suspect 900 on the port side is identical mirror image.
Travelcat2 Posted May 9, 2019 #4 Share Posted May 9, 2019 Have only sailed under the bridge on the Navigator and would not do it again as there were people walking back and forth 24/7 (and their f. I cannot speak about the Voyager other than to say that we had a suite under the pool deck and it was worse than being under the bridge on Navigator and was above the Observation Lounge on Explorer ......... never again! We are now very careful to know what is above or below the suite that we are considering.
