yes ... once you are on board ... but not pre-cruise

OBCs are used for EVERYTHING once you are on board...with the exception of cash play in the casino (you can use OBC, but don't have to) and buying Future Cruise Deposits.

It's a cashless society.

Credit cards are accepted in the jewelry stores. ROFL. Be safe and buy jewelry after you get home.
