Cancellation

I have 3 cabins booked on Koningsdam.  Two of the passengers within this booking need to cancel for medical reasons.  The insurance is asking us to provide proof of cancellation.  However, there is a child booked with them who is still going on the cruise.  If we cancel the booking, will the whole cabin be cancelled?

Yes -- the child can not stay in the cabin alone.

 

Now if you have a adult who will be moving into that cabin -- then you better call HAL or have your TA do it and make all the new arrangements.

 

Hope you are not close to sailing date.

How old is the child. What family member is traveling with the child?

 

This raises several issues.
