vinniemeli Posted May 26, 2019 #1 Share Posted May 26, 2019 I have 3 cabins booked on Koningsdam. Two of the passengers within this booking need to cancel for medical reasons. The insurance is asking us to provide proof of cancellation. However, there is a child booked with them who is still going on the cruise. If we cancel the booking, will the whole cabin be cancelled? Thanking you in Advance
Krazy Kruizers Posted May 26, 2019 #2 Share Posted May 26, 2019 Yes -- the child can not stay in the cabin alone. Now if you have a adult who will be moving into that cabin -- then you better call HAL or have your TA do it and make all the new arrangements. Hope you are not close to sailing date. CruiserBruce Posted May 26, 2019 #3 Share Posted May 26, 2019 How old is the child. What family member is traveling with the child? This raises several issues.
vinniemeli Posted June 9, 2019 Author #4 Share Posted June 9, 2019 Thank you both. We moved the fie year old to another cabin.
