Dear Guest,  As you are aware, the U.S. Administration announced changes to regulations regarding travel to Cuba, which eliminate the prior authorization permitting cruise ships to travel from the U.S. to Cuba. As a result of these substantial changes in U.S. law and regulation, effective June 5, 2019, cruise ships are no longer allowed to call Cuba after departing a U.S. port.  We are aware that you have an upcoming 7-night Caribbean cruise – including a call in Havana, Cuba – booked on MSC Armonia. If you choose to remain on your currently booked sailing, there is no need to contact us and you will receive a $400.00 USD credit per stateroom on your shipboard account for onboard spending during your cruise. If this credit is not fully used during your cruise, we will refund the difference when you check-out from the ship. Any shore excursions in Havana that were pre-purchased before your cruise, will also be automatically refunded to your onboard account. We got it as well.. we are opposite sailing with Roatan. Their IT department is obviously not worth whatever they pay them.
