A good TA ALWAYS has time to help their client.  A good TA has a dedicated TA line to MSC and all other cruiselines.  A Good TA can do almost anything a MSC rep can do and they can do it online without making a phone call.  If all else fails, A Good TA knows other good TA's who can help out.  Cancelling an MSC cruise literally takes under three minutes for a TA to complete.

Exactly. Our TA says he has a dedicated phone number with MSC (for TA's only, not just for him, to be clear), and he was able to cancel one reservation with MSC and book another for us. AFAIK it wasn't any problem for him.
