Certainly your right to define it as you wish..  The claim was that there is no effective warranty.  I believe this is untrue as each manufacturer offers some sort of warranty.   I did not create the term, but believe it applies to reporting false information.  I replied as I was familiar with various warranties on these watches and in general.  Statistics play no role.  Thanks for your opinion.
