Visa redeemed points

I paid my balance the end of June. Before I redeemed my points.  Just going to wait. I have come to the conclusion that RCCL makes up their rules depending on who you talk to.  But it’s  always been that way. The last time I used my points on a cruise, it was after I boarded not before😎

i just emailed crown and anchor and they told me our obc will be available 2 weeks before our cruise. i will call when i get time and hope for a better outcome.

Thanks to Bob, I just recently learned that I can get cash for unused VISA OBC at the end of the cruise.  It seems to be a well kept secret.  In the end, it all works out the same.

 

 

 

I have no clue what would happen if you wound up with a negative points balance. 

 

Yes, it's a wash if you just cash it in at the end of the cruise....much easier than trying to use it Pre-Cruise....

Just book pre-cruise what you want if you want to get the sale prices....then at the end of the cruise cash out your RC Visa OBC's & pay the card back when you get home.... so easy. AND...by using your card Pre-Cruise to purchase things, you will be getting MORE points to use as OBC!

Just got off the phone with a C&A rep and was told our OBC will show up 2 weeks before the cruise. Different from past cruises but no worries. I always print the confirmation emails when I redeem points. Happy cruising everyone!
