Got a $258 refund from them for a shore excursion we canceled on cruise back 6 months ago. Don't know how we missed it on our final statement but we did. They made a couple of mistakes on my booking, one to my advantage and one to my disadvantage. They immediately corrected the mistake to my disadvantage but let me keep the mistake to my advantage!
