Refund

Wanted to report a very honorable action by Windstar. Got a $258 refund from them for a shore excursion we canceled on cruise back 6 months ago. Don't know how we missed it on our final statement but we did.

I also just had a favorable exchange with Windstar.  They made a couple of mistakes on my booking, one to my advantage and one to my disadvantage.  They immediately corrected the mistake to my disadvantage but let me keep the mistake to my advantage!  Very honorable of them.  I can't wait for my cruise!!!

They returned my old red shoes from a cruise last winter too! I consider anything left behind on a different cruise line just gone. Windstar is 180* from ordinary 🙂

Windstar is different from most cruise lines. They really care. They appreciate loyal repeat guests. My last WS cruise on Star Breeze had 127 repeat guests. Many rebooked.
