Towel in the toilet

We were just on the Quest T/P...and had 2 times that the toilet would not flush...first time...I think it was just "our" area or ??...and then the "info that the entire deck had a problem"...TBH...I"m not sure why everyone can't just "follow the rules"...re ...what you should or should not put in the toilet?...How hard can that be?

Knew people deck 7.. not sure if cabin but they switch cabins due to toilet between cruises.
