Not really a regular thread like some other lines but copper10-8 does respond to questions on a sporadic basis.  Captain Albert's Blog has a schedule:

https://www.captainalbert.com/current-captains-and-their-schedules/

Is yours a Pacific Coast Repo:  It looks like the schedule is:

Captain Daniel Bolton  08 july – 14 Sep. 2019

Captain  Jeroen Schuchman 14 Sep. – 04 Jan. 2019

If not it could be both will be onboard for a few days before the transition.  I have not sailed with Captain Bolton.  Captain Schuchman has traditionally been on the Prinsendam and this is likely his first time on the Amsterdam so they might be working together for a few days before he takes command.

He is a fantastic captain.

Copper10-8 usually can also answer questions about Hotel Director, Dining Room Manager,  CD, etc.

We were on the Amsterdam Aug 12 -26 and had Captain Bolton. He was wonderful! His updates were so easy to understand and full of information. He had his family onboard as well. He was very personable.

I did the Meet and Greet and invited a few officers on the off-chance they'd come. Bruce Scudder (Cruise Director) and Norbert Korvacs (Hotel Director - but he got off in Seattle to head home to Hungary) both stopped in briefly and that was so nice.

Thanks so much for your reply and all of this info!

We are embarking on Monday for a 14-day cruise in Alaska, so it'd seem that we will have one for the first week and the other for the other week. We are renewing our vows on the 15th, so it'd mean Captain Schuchman will be doing the ceremony.
