Reaching an RCI Representative Directly

Does anyone know a way I can reach a particular RCI directly? I had ask her some quotes a few weeks ago and she sent me an email with her extension on it. I call and ask for the extension, but they tell me they can't transfer me to her. The email she sent, wasn't from her personal email account, but from an RCI email that said "do not respond to this email".

Thanks for the help!

Just call the toll-free number and speak with whichever rep. answers the call.

My e-mail conf. had the reps. name and extension, but now when I call RCCL, there is no provision for transfering to a specific person. Any of them will be able to help you.

I have always had them transfer me to who I want to talk to, and it has never been a problem. Call and ask again, and if they still say no, ask for a supervisor and tell that person you want the one who quoted you to get credit.
