Question on Whale watching season - Cabo

I know / read that everyone states whale watching season officially starts Dec 15th.

My cruise will be in Cabo on December 2nd and 3rd.

Any knowledge if there will be some early whales there ?

What would be best way to get an excursion to see them.

Seems cruise line is not offering until in the official season.

Thanks,
Dave

You might see some whales while sailing from the ship or even from the shore. If  the offcial whaling season starts on Dec. 15, it means no tours will be offered before that day.

We have seen whales from the glass-bottom boat going out to the Arch.  For a small stipend, the pilot did a short detour out beyond his normal route, so we could get a better view of the whales.

So if you can't find a whale-watching tour, see about taking any boat tour out into the Bay.
