shergene Posted September 19, 2019 #1 Share Posted September 19, 2019 Haven't been here in awhile so sorry if this is a redundant or silly question (or not allowed). Is there a way to tell if the bed in a cabin is on the right or left of the cabin, i.e., facing forward or backward? Carnival Vista 8C balcony. Thanks in advance. navybankerteacher Posted September 19, 2019 #2 Share Posted September 19, 2019 If you go on the Carnival website you can see deck plans which show cabin layouts for different cabins. The 8C’s are aft on the ship, and some appear to have beds facing forward, some aft. It would depend upon the specific cabin.
Rare Essiesmom Posted September 19, 2019 #3 Share Posted September 19, 2019 On deck 8, there are two sets of connecting cabins. The connecting door will be on the wall at the foot of the bed, so 8445 & 8450 will have the beds facing forward. Since the positions alternate, you can count backward or forward to get the bed position of the other cabins. For the forward cabins, 8235 faces aft, so you can count forward and back to get the others. On deck 7, there are also connecting cabins scattered about and you can count from those. 7364 faces forward; 7306 forward; 7310 aft. I get these locations through my handy dandy membership in cruisedeckplans.com. EM
