Room service (extra charge) You can order snacks in your cabin 24 hours a day. All you need to do is choose from the menu in your cabin and phone the number shown. The service is free for Suites and Premium cabins, all other cabins will be charged, and your order will be delivered in around half an hour. A 15% service charge will be applied to all wine and drink purchases.

Balcony rooms can be one of three categories, Basic, Classic and Premium. For the first two room service is chargeable, for Premium it is free.
