27 Waterfalls at Amber Cove, DR -- is it still too dry to do all 27?

I read in a few threads on this board that due to drought conditions, the 27 Waterfalls only had 12 that were open. That was during the summer of 2019.  Now it's Nov, and my family are on a Holland America cruiseship Veendam that will stop at Amber Cove on Nov 29.  I am wondering if the drought condition has improved?  If anybody knows the latest condition, or knows where I can find out, please let me know.  Thanks.

I was just there on Wednesday and we could only do 12 as it was too dry. The big ones are all included in the 12. It was a lot of fun but the walk up was kind of brutal! That first jump into the water felt amazing as I was sweating buckets!
