Visa for Vietnam

Hi,

My husband and I will be on the Millennium on January 18, round trip Singapore, with two stops in Vietnam. We are Canadian and I know that we need a Visa. I’ve read about a “loose leaf” visa that you acquire at the port when you arrive in Vietnam. How does Celebrity handle this if you are taking ships excursions? Thanks for your help.

We took Azamara recently with Canadian friends. The ship was able to issue the visas right on board for both US and Canadian citizens. They collected our passports 1 or 2 nights before VIetnam and I believe authorities then came on the ship.

Some point soon you will get an email from Celebrity looking something like this (different date obviously):
