Executive Chef on Marina

We were very fond of the E.C. on Insignia, Mario Santoro. He called me his Italian Assistant Chef because I look Italian (I am not) and always was dressed in a white jacket.   His love of food and his mastery of large scale food preparation were evident throughout our 15 day cruise.  We will be on Marina in February 2020 and are interested in the name of her Executive Chef in order that we review his credentials and background. Thank you for your comment. I will not cancel regardless of the E. C.'s credentials, however, it will give me insight in the selection of Specialty restaurants and what to expect regarding different cuisine selections in the main dining room.  I care about food and always seek "rare cuisine well done".

If I am not mistaken the EC from Riviera is going to Marina.  Sorry that I do not remember his name but he has been on Riviera for quite some time.

I appreciate the information.  Food on the Riviera has received some very positive comments on C.C. message boards.  I can select our specialty dining in approx. nine hours.  Thank you.
