dmarch@islc.net Posted February 3, 2006 #1 Share Posted February 3, 2006 What happened to list of people on-line that used to be at the bottom of the page? I loved that.
DonLou Posted February 3, 2006 #2 Share Posted February 3, 2006 What happened to list of people on-line that used to be at the bottom of the page? I loved that. I believe its removal was one of the radical changes made to keep the CC board running efficiently. chasetf Posted February 4, 2006 #3 Share Posted February 4, 2006 I believe its removal was one of the radical changes made to keep the CC board running efficiently. See this post from LauraS. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showpost.php?p=5707007&postcount=29 It seems to be working. I noticed the board seems to be more responsive since the change. :)
mii Posted February 4, 2006 #4 Share Posted February 4, 2006 At first I missed that list too as I always looked to see who was posting but hey if it makes the board work better, which it seems to have had, do away with the list. Marilyn
Druke I Posted February 4, 2006 #5 Share Posted February 4, 2006 Yes - in general the board is working better - but I am being inundated with e-mails - copies of any posts added to threads I have posted on - and thus fair, neither LauraS nor I have been able to stop them!!! tuggers Posted February 4, 2006 #6 Share Posted February 4, 2006 You can't just opt out of the immediate notification feature on your user cp? Last night I started getting the white screen then the error message. I was unable to get to the boards for over an hour!
