Cruise Planner Question

How far out does it shut down?  I'm 21 days out and can't get in.

Weird, I can get into a future cruise but not the one that is coming up.  Must be RC website issues.

Try incognito mode, deleting cookies and a different browser. If that doesn't work, send a pm to Royal on their official Facebook site. They reply within minutes there.

It is definitely RC website issues - happens to me frequently.

 

Very frustrating as you shouldn't have to, but clearing cookies or using a different browser generally solves it.

Call RC a rep can book the restaurants for you.  Only problem we have is that if you book the ultimate dining package- you cannot book in advance!  Crazy.
