Need more adventure, those are pretty eh.  Im thinking Jet skis or something.

There will be people at the dock who can sell you trips like that (jet skis, SCUBA jet boats, those mini personal sub things, etc).

I’d look on TripAdvisor for independent companies with good reviews, there are several boat tours that include activities like jet skiing, parasailing, snorkeling...

We just did a Nassau history bus tour in 2018 and it was great. Lasted approx 4 or so hours.

We've booked through Bahama Cruise Excursions in the past, they have a lot of options

I've been looking around and the 4x4 buggy or ATV tours look interesting.  Also, there is a sail & snorkel trip that seems fun.  You can search by type of activity (adventure, water, etc.) too on tripadvisor under things to do.
