I didn't understand what the phrase "expanding on all three ships" meant in their Instagram post.

Can only guess but the Hot Glass facility [as successor to the former Corning Hot Glass Show] is only available on Solstice, Equinox, and Eclipse,

Yes, that is why I am confused.  They are not expanding to the other ships and I doubt that they are getting more real estate on the 3 that they are on.  So all that is left is expansion of staff, operating hours, offerings, or price.
