Big Timber Posted January 25, 2020 #1 Share Posted January 25, 2020 I recently booked my first cruise with Ponant. Later I went to the website to register. After doing so it indicated that I had no bookings. I could find no place to enter my booking. The next day I returned to the website and tried to log in but got a message that my email address and password didn't match or I had no account. When I tried to reregister I was told that I was already registered. I sent an email to Ponant about it. The next day I got a response with a temporary password. I got onto my account, changed the temporary password to my original one and still it indicated that I had no bookings. Today I tried to get on my account and again got the message that I was either not registered or that my email address and my password did not match.
