Vancouver hotel to YVR

We will be ending our cruise in Vancouver and are staying a few days post cruise at The Blue Horizon.  We have a 7:15 am flight home and plan on just having a taxi take us to the airport.  I am looking for suggestions on the best time to leave.  It will be a Wednesday morning if traffic will make a difference.  Thank you in advance for your replies.
