Trekker Dude Posted February 3, 2020 #1 Share Posted February 3, 2020 I will be on the Norwegian Spirit next week going to Egypt and Jordan. Previously the NCL website stated that the ship will obtain visa onboard at no cost for Egypt and Jordan for US and Canadian citizens. Today when I looked again that paragraph disappeared. Can anyone tell me if NCL still obtain visa for passengers onboard for these 2 ports? I simply don't have enough time to get visa for these 2 countries with less than a week before departure. The people who answer the phone at NCL is no help at all.
AtlantaAlly Posted February 3, 2020 #2 Share Posted February 3, 2020 You may want to try a subject line that is more representative of your question. “Visas for Egypt and Jordan”
AtlantaAlly Posted February 3, 2020 #3 Share Posted February 3, 2020 Also, my suggestion would be to call NCL and confirm. They will know their policy best- although it seems to depend on which agent you get.
bluesea777 Posted February 3, 2020 #4 Share Posted February 3, 2020 Hi, we're on the same cruise …. don't worry! https://www.ncl.com/freestyle-cruise/cruise-travel-documents#visa-requirements -- we are okay as we are not on the list of countries shown for the Egypt one. http://international.visitjordan.com/page/4/VisasToJordan.aspx -- looks like we fall under United Nations, lol. Lastly, come on and join the VERY active Roll Call for the Feb 11 cruise …. You might want to skip a lot of pages, lol ….. See you next week!
