My granddaughter turns 3 on our July 13 2020 Dream cruise.  She absolutely loves Elsa.  Can she get a Disney character (Elsa) personal meeting with her ?   I.E., visit to cabin, breakfast, dinner, etc. on her birthday ?  Veteran cruiser but first time on Disney with grandchildren.  Regards, Gerry.

While a visit by Elsa MIGHT be possible, be prepared for the cost.  If I recall correctly, it's something like $600 for 1/2 hour (could be more now).  But the Frozen characters do have their own Meet & Greet (ticketed event).  Tickets for that are available when your onboard activities booking window opens.  Or onboard the ship, if there's still space.
