Vegan menu and Coastal Kitchen

Cruising in Aug with access to Coastal Kitchen, my MIL is vegan. Two questions:

1. If the vegan menu available in Coastal Kitchen?

2. Is it available when ordering to your suite from the MDR.

We cruised in August on the Anthem of the seas with my daughter who is a vegan. At that time there was no official vegan menu, but the restaurant manager from Coastal Kitchen ensured my daughter was looked after.  We did email RC ahead of time through their special needs department.  My daughter discussed the menu a day ahead with the restaurant manager and ordered her meals a day ahead. It worked out perfect.

In October on Anthem in MDR a different Vegan menu every night.  Dh asked for it first night and they brought it each night.  Should also appear on the App.  On Radiance currently and dh gets the menu every night.
