Newbie needing help understanding Anytime Dinning and MDR

This is how I feel, too!  I like water and don't want to be waving them down to fill my glass, or having to ask all the time.  I just find the traditional easier, not having to introduce myself again or make preferences known every evening.

No need to wave down a waiter for water. They are very observant and I have found the water glass is filled without asking.
