Text about canceled cruise but no email, refund automatic?

Got a text that upcoming cruise canceled and reference to check email for details but don't have a detail.  For other in the same boat, does it say automatically issuing refunds and/or giving the option for FCC?  

 

I don't want to call and have a long hold so thought I'd check in with someone here who might have gotten the "additional details" referenced in text.

Go to royalcarribean.com click on Health and Travel Alerts at the top of the page, There are 2 links in the first article, the first is to request a refund in lieu of the FCC, the second is to request 125% obc in lieu of a refund for any cruise planner purchases you made.

Thanks for the info, found the email in spam and clicked thru the questions to request a refund.
