I had requested a refund on my first FCC but it still listed on my account. My second cancel cruise FCC appeared yesterday. I wanted to use that FCC to book a future cruise. SeaShark Posted May 2, 2020 #2 Share Posted May 2, 2020 Are you outside of final payment? Just call your PCC/TA and have them change it.
