Easy to Roll Over Canceled Cruise to a New One

Got my email today of my June 27th cancellation - called and booked a premier cruise for Aug 1st on Magic and asked them to roll over the June cruise - did it all at once - got my $600 onboard credit and $1000 free play  as well as my FCC all in one call. They made it easy and rolled it over - they even canceled by June cruise for me.

My TA did it all this morning as well. Though no 1k free play, but early saver gave extra $100, I'll ask for stock and get $100, so $800 for me. Solo cruise. He did it all in one step too. My june 28 cruise now gone. 

 

He was able to roll it all over including taxes and fees. Says my balance ce is $100 is and i got 7 day freedom in a good location.

im missing a big chunk of fcc's so not so easy to roll it over for me.  the 4th person i spoke to since the 1st said it is trickling in.  smh

My ta tracked it down. I still dont have my fcc, but he called and got a tracking number for it lol.
