Booking confusion

Hi all. I was hoping to book Anthem of the seas 13 nights October 4th 2020 from Southampton. Hopefully it sails you never know.

When I do a booking without putting in my Crown & Anchor Number  the booking shows $150 dollars on board credit.

If I book using my crown and anchor number the on board credit disappears.

It works out more money to book as a returning customer by about £35.

Disappointing even before booking. I have not booked

I'm guessing that C&A discounts and the OBC are not combinable.   I would book it without my C&A number and then call to have the C&A number added to the reservation.

This happens from time to time.  CAS balcony discounts are not always combinable with every promotion.
